Martin Hager (born in 1967) is the founder and Managing Director of retarus GmbH. After completing his degree in Computer Science and Economics, he worked in sales, product management, development, support and consulting before founding the company with 2 partners in 1992. Martin Hager is married and has 4 daughters.
Marcus Ionker
International Business Developement
Marcus Ionker is a member of the Retarus international business team where he is responsible for numerous countries including the Netherlands, the Scandananvian countries, United Kingdom, United States and South East Asia. After graduation from the Wharton School of Business, he worked in the hop industry prior to joining Retarus in a technical role over 10 years ago. Marcus has lived and studied in several parts of the world.
Fosi Audi
Managing Director Middle East
Fosi Audi (born in 1968) has been head of Retarus’ representation in Dubai since February 2010. He studied business administration at the Universities of Bonn and Zurich and has had 14 years of sales and management experience in the IT industry, including the positions of SAP Global Account Manager and chief operating officer at Mosaic Software AG. Mr Audi was most recently employed as Managing Director, Business Development Middle East for Crossgate AG.
Roland Augustin
Vice President International
Roland Augustin (born in 1963) is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. After graduating in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Economics, he worked in two market-leading companies, where he was responsible for developing the areas of software, sales as well as partner and product management, among other things. Before moving to Retarus at the start of 1999, he worked as Managing Director for the European market leader in the field of multimedia hardware components, where he established branches in the USA and also built up the company's Asia-Pacific business. Roland Augustin has a daughter.
