No company could exist for long without contracts. Whether in Purchasing, Sales, HR, Facility Management or IT, contracts are the economic foundation of all entrepreneurial activity. Contracts are regularly concluded with customers, business partners and suppliers. These include leasing and rental contracts for company cars and buildings as well as service contracts for machines of all kinds, computer systems, printers and mobile phones. With so many contracts, it is very easy to not see the wood for the trees.
