Retarus Faxolution offers e-document delivery without capacity bottlenecks. The advantage: quicker and more reliable dispatch of business documents, in the shortest possible time, with minimum expenditure and at low cost. The NeverBusy technology for banks and insurance companies holds the key, as a large number of faxes (credit-card clearings, bank-to-bank trading, etc.) are always sent to the same recipients. Using Retarus Faxolution, all business documents are transferred, VPN coded, into the Retarus computer centres and then sent as faxes from there. With NeverBusy technology, a separate queue is created for each recipient number. These are then processed consecutively fax by fax, receipt by receipt. Fax servers, on the other hand, allocate several receipts to one fax number and seek to deliver all receipts in parallel fashion. Therefore, the likelihood of the fax line being blocked by other dispatches increases.
The dispatch algorithm of NeverBusy technology developed by Retarus uses a consecutive processing method to ensure the receiving mailbox is not overloaded. All receipts are delivered promptly and smoothly. The transfer of important information is safeguarded for both sender and recipient.
