Ferrari Takes Retarus Mail2SMS to the IAA
Speedy technology for high performance demands

MUNICH, September 14, 2009 -- During the 63rd International Automobile Exhibition in Frankfurt starting 17 September, Munich messaging specialist Retarus will also be getting in on the act. At the Ferrari sports car exhibit, Retarus’ technology will assist in taking care of customers.

 

 

Potential exclusive car buyers expect exclusive, top-class service – particularly clients of Ferrari S.p.A based in Modena, Italy. Ferrari customers expect personalized service and certainly do not wish to be kept waiting when visiting the Ferrari exhibit at the International Automobile Exhibition. In order to make sure that visitors to the most important car fair are dealt with individually and without delay, the German Ferrari affiliate has turned to Retarus’ premium SMS service Mail2SMS.

 

 

The Managed Service used in Frankfurt has already proven an essential tool at the Genfer Automobil-Salon trade fair in Geneva last year. As soon as a customer checks in at the Ferrari stand, an SMS is dispatched to the responsible customer care staff member, who can immediately receive the potential client and accompany him through the exhibit.
