Retarus Faxolution for Windows is a business fax solution for faxing documents out of all Windows applications to any number of recipients - with a simple print command. No fax server or telephone lines are needed to run Faxolution for Windows. Documents to be sent are transferred to the Fax Cloud at Retarus data centers via the internet and then automatically delivered by the transmission infrastructure. Compatible with all Windows versions
Retarus Faxolution for Windows is compatible with all current Windows versions. It supports Windows 7, Windows XP and Vista plus the Microsoft server versions Windows Server 2008, Windows NT and Windows 2003. The user interface of Faxolution for Windows has been completely redesigned. However, on switching from the previous version users will find all important control elements in familiar places and immediately be able to use the fax solution easily.
ODBC support simplifies use of distribution lists
Extended ODBC support makes it possible to integrate external data sources as distribution lists for fax transmission. Users can directly access Excel files, local address databases, Lotus Notes distribution lists or company-wide CRM systems, Domino servers and ERP systems. Windows and Outlook address books can also be used as distribution lists.
Transmission status in real time
Retarus Faxolution for Windows is the ideal solution for sending campaigns, individual faxes or personalized serial faxes from MS Word. Users can see the status of their fax transmissions directly in Faxolution for Windows. At the Retarus EAS Portal (Enterprise Administration Services) administrators can check the current status of all upcoming fax campaigns in real time and also receive detailed statistics on user activity, including all other services booked with Retarus.
Retarus Faxolution for Windows is quick and easy to implement. The user interface is intuitive: no significant training expense or lengthy familiarization period is required. This solution is available in four languages (German, English, French and Italian).
