Of the customers questioned, 99% were satisfied or even very satisfied with Retarus' overall performance. An impressive 98% of customers appreciated its competence in electronic business communication and 90% of respondents praised Retarus' remarkable ability to meet the special requirements of their company. The customer rating for the entire business relationship was correspondingly high, with 97% of those questioned rating it positively.
The quality of Retarus' products and services were also given top marks: All respondents were satisfied with this aspect – almost three quarters (71%) were even exceptionally satisfied. While 93% of customers were satisfied with the value for money offered by the company, more than two thirds (67%) were very satisfied. All respondents (100%) would recommend the Retarus solution they use at any time. In addition, 85% of all customers rated the technical competence of Retarus employees as high.
Finally, retarus GmbH was also awarded top marks for the cost effectiveness of its products. An overwhelming 95 % of respondents reported that its use has increased the quality of their processes and results. And 64% even rated this increase exceptional. In addition, 88% of Retarus customers said that they have cut costs thanks to Retarus solutions and 98% of respondents rated the transparency of the services positively.
For Retarus CEO Martin Hager the results of the study confirm years of efforts: "We are of course delighted at receiving such good ratings from our customers. However, we do not see this as a reason to rest on our laurels. We will continue to work consistently at expanding and improving our company's services – even if the yardstick is now very high." The market research institute TNS Infratest performed the study on behalf of retarus GmbH. They surveyed customers who use the company's core solutions and services in the sectors Enterprise Messaging Solutions (Managed E-Mail Services) and Electronic Document Delivery (Faxolution for SAP).
