Digitized Forwarding
Retarus Fax2Mail allows incoming faxes to be forwarded directly to an e-mail inbox. There is no need for complex subsequent fax digitization, and the documents can be stored and archived immediately or routed into a workflow system. Busy signals are now a thing of the past - no internal receiving capacity is needed.
System requirements? Virtually none.
Anyone who can receive e-mails can also receive faxes through Retarus. To activate Retarus Fax2Mail, you only need the desired e-mail addresses, the fax identifier(s) and the format (PDF or TIFF). If you would like to continue using existing numbers, these are simply rerouted to Retarus. It is also possible to assign a different service number (e.g. 01805 or 0800).
