Retarus Management Board

Martin Hager (born in 1967) is the founder and Managing Director of retarus GmbH. After studying Computer Science and Economics, he worked in sales, product management, development, support and consulting before founding the company with 2 partners in 1992. Martin Hager is married and has 4 daughters.

Roland Augustin (born in 1963) is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. After graduating in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Economics, he worked in two market-leading companies, where he was responsible for developing the areas of software, sales as well as partner and product management, among other things. Before moving to Retarus at the start of 1999, he worked as Managing Director for the European market leader in the field of multimedia hardware components, where he established branches in the USA and also built up the company's Asia-Pacific business. Roland Augustin has a daughter.

Johannes Hecker (geb. 1973), seit 1993 bei Retarus tätig, verantwortet seit 2000 die kaufmännische und strategische Geschäftsentwicklung und alle juristischen Themen. Nach dem Studium (BWL, Business Administration), verbunden mit einem mehrjährigen USA Aufenthalt war er in einem internationalen Unternehmen der Medien- branche in den Bereichen Controlling, Business Development und Contract Management tätig. Johannes Hecker ist verheiratet und hat einen Sohn.

Manfred Stauch (geb. 1970) verantwortet den Bereich Finanzen und Controlling und ist seit 1994 im Unternehmen. Nach der Ausbildung und einer mehrjährigen Tätigkeit in der Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung absolvierte er eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter und Betriebswirt. Vor dem Wechsel zu Retarus leitete er den Bereich Accounting bei einem führenden amerikanischen Software Unternehmen. Manfred Stauch ist verheiratet und hat 2 Kinder.

Stefan P. Rath is President of retarus Inc. After earning a law degree at the University of Passau in Germany and a Master's Degree in International Business at Boston University, he worked for an international law firm and investment banks in Italy and Switzerland. Stefan P. Rath is married and has two daughters.

Tim Valentine serves as retarus Inc.'s Vice President Sales North America. Tim is a seasoned leader who brings over 10 years of management experience to Retarus. Before moving to Retarus in 2011, Tim worked as the Regional Vice President for Xpedite Systems in New York City, a division of PGi, where he ran the Eastern and Southern regions of North America. Prior to joining Xpedite, Tim worked for two-market leading telecommunications companies; his most recent experience at MCI, where Tim was responsible for direct sales in Philadelphia for Enterprise Accounts.
