Some documents are sent by end users (e.g., Email-to-Fax), others by applications (e.g., CRM or EHR systems). When a fax transmission remains undelivered, the next step is often unclear. Delivery Assist brings undelivered documents into one portal where support teams can step in and handle them centrally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if a patient file is sent from an EHR system to a wrong number and this kind of recovery view was not in place, the issue can remain unresolved with the original sender or inside the sending system.
