En la cuarta y \u00faltima entrega de nuestra serie sobre los consejos de Gartner para una cooperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficaz con sus proveedores, veremos c\u00f3mo puede controlar y ampliar su estrategia de forma permanente.<\/p>

Para la asociaci\u00f3n a largo plazo con proveedores estrat\u00e9gicos, Gartner recomienda establecer reuniones trimestrales de evaluaci\u00f3n comercial en las que se comente tanto la mejora de la situaci\u00f3n actual como las nuevas oportunidades que cada parte debe tener en cuenta para generar beneficios comerciales significativos. Para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las reuniones, \u00e9stas deber\u00edan incluir entre sus asistentes a directivos de distintas funciones, tanto de las empresas compradoras como de las de los proveedores. A la hora de elegir los temas, es importante tener el aspecto estrat\u00e9gico en cuenta y no solo los aspectos operativos y t\u00e1cticos.<\/p>

Para los proveedores que (todav\u00eda) no son un objetivo estrat\u00e9gico, seg\u00fan los expertos, son m\u00e1s adecuadas las actividades m\u00e1s livianas como, por ejemplo, los eventos de proveedores, las encuestas de opini\u00f3n o las juntas asesoras de proveedores.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s de estas recomendaciones, Gartner ofrece muchos m\u00e1s consejos pr\u00e1cticos para implementar y adaptar una estrategia que permita optimizar la colaboraci\u00f3n con los proveedores.<\/p>
