En Retarus nos gusta guiarnos por el principio \u00abcustomer first\u00bb. Precisamente en el \u00e1mbito de Asistencia y Operaciones de IT, hay numerosos retos que superar al respecto.<\/p>   <p>Todo empieza ya en la Asistencia de IT, que en Retarus est\u00e1 integrada en el departamento de IT Delivery. Muchos clientes actuales no conservan una perspectiva detallada de la implementaci\u00f3n de nuestros servicios en su entorno, ya que por lo general estos requieren poco mantenimiento tras su configuraci\u00f3n correcta. Pero puede ocurrir que, a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, surja un problema y los compa\u00f1eros inicialmente involucrados ya no trabajen en la empresa.<\/p>   <p>Por lo tanto, es muy importante contar, ya en el canal de entrada de asistencia, con verdaderos t\u00e9cnicos que, en caso necesario, sean capaces de guiar al cliente en la direcci\u00f3n adecuada mediante la formulaci\u00f3n de preguntas concretas. Solo as\u00ed podemos garantizar que el cliente est\u00e9 en buenas manos desde el principio y que las consultas recibidas son atendidas lo antes posible y, sobre todo, con resultado satisfactorio.<\/p>   <p>En caso de una consulta m\u00e1s compleja que no pueda resolver la asistencia regular, en muchas empresas da comienzo un exasperante \u00abpartido de ping pong\u00bb, con preguntas internas entre expertos de servicio o de Operaciones de IT (ITO) y la asistencia, para despu\u00e9s comunicarlo al cliente, a menudo durante varias rondas. En estos tiempos de integraci\u00f3n y entrega continua (CI\/CD), resulta cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil prever con exactitud las repercusiones de un despliegue sobre el cliente.
