The native integration brings enterprise-grade SMS messaging directly into the Salesforce core platform, letting teams send and automate text messages from within their CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SMS add-in installs directly from AppExchange. Once connected to your Retarus SMS account, Salesforce users can send texts just like emails or Chatter posts, which could be triggered by events through Flow Designer. Likewise, high volume oriented jobs can be setup through campaign management. It works naturally with Lightning pages and record layouts, fitting seamlessly into the Salesforce interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
