“Enterprise-Level Cloud Faxing” on the “Plateau of Productivity”

Milano, 09/11/2015 // Global messaging service provider Retarus has been listed in the 14 July 2015 Gartner report “Hype Cycle for Imaging and Print Services, 2015” as a sample vendor for “Enterprise-Level Cloud Faxing”. In the report, Gartner’s IT analysts outline the development life cycles of printing technologies, software and services, thereby assisting buyers in their search for suitable products and services which meet their specific requirements. Gartner classifies “Enterprise-Level Cloud Faxing” as being on the “Plateau of Productivity”.

Being on the “Plateau of Productivity” means that ”the real-world benefits of the technology are demonstrated and accepted. Tools and methodologies are increasingly stable as they enter their second and third generations. Growing numbers of organizations feel comfortable with the reduced level of risk; the rapid growth phase of adoption begins. Approximately 20% of the technology’s target audience has adopted or is adopting the technology as it enters this phase.“
