Singapore, 14/2/2014 // Retarus, a leading global provider of electronic business communication services for email, fax, SMS and EDI, is now a T-Systems Dynamic Services for Collaboration (DSC) partner. Both companies offer a hybrid, freely scalable cloud solution for reliable fax and SMS communications via the DSC platform. Connecting the Retarus Messaging Cloud to the DSC private cloud (Exchange, SharePoint, Lync) allows T-Systems customers to exchange business correspondence via SMS or fax. This eliminates the need for costly internal proprietary fax and SMS structures that require regular maintenance and management.

With Retarus, T-Systems customers can now consolidate their IT infrastructure

“Our cloud-based fax and SMS services are available worldwide, providing a holistic solution to replace proprietary systems that are both costly and require regular maintenance. Our proven expertise in electronic business communications goes back over 20 years, allowing us to offer a wide range of innovative services that help reduce the complexity of IT infrastructures in the long term”, explained Retarus CEO Martin Hager. “Global market leaders from a wide range of different industries such as Adidas, Bayer, DHL, Honda, Puma, Sony and Thomas Cook use our services to streamline and optimize their business communications. Connecting the Dynamic Services for Collaboration to our global messaging infrastructure enables T-Systems customers to also benefit from Retarus’ highly efficient cloud-based messaging services”, Martin Hager added. As a Unified Communications & Collaborations (UCC) platform, Dynamic Services for Collaboration (DSC) target the messaging needs of companies with 5,000+ employees.

Retarus fax and SMS services provide DSC customers with added value

By entering into partnerships with niche technology market leaders such as Retarus, T-Systems is able to provide solutions that extend beyond DSC’s native features, i.e. Exchange, SharePoint and Lync. Retarus fax and SMS services provide customers with practically unlimited delivery capacities, user and use-based billing, and centralized administration via the EAS customer portal.
