Automatic fax replyYou can set up an automatic reply to incoming faxes, which can be customized to suit your needs. If desired, the previously received fax can be inserted as a thumbnail. It is also possible to send different messages depending on the source number.          
Barcode and OCR recognition          
Digital signatureOur service for digital signatures allows you to document fax receipt in a way that is compliant with security and legal regulations. Retarus eSign ensures that faxes you receive from business partners and customers, such as quotations, orders, invoices, customs forms, certificates, formulas, and lab reports cannot be tampered with by third parties. You receive the fax as a signed PDF document that you can view and save.

DirSyncUsers of desktop fax services can be automatically imported with the Communication Directory Synchronization (DirSync) feature. User lists are continuously synchronized with your internal directory.
The following parameters can be configured:

Send business documents directly from SAP systems via the Retarus Fax Cloud. SAP-certified interfaces.

The connection is made directly via SAP-RFC or BC-SMTP. The fax service (function call) is continuously available and registered in the SAP system. Intervals for transmission are configured (e.g., every two minutes). If fax jobs exist, the function call is used to transmit them to the Retarus Global Delivery Network. Once received, the jobs are optimized for transmission by Retarus and immediately sent in accordance with SAP priorities. The fax status is send back to the corresponding SAP system with the document ID.
