No. You can access the Continuity webmail accounts on any mobile device with a browser. No additional apps or system changes are required.
Will the continuity service affect my regular infrastructure?
No. The Continuity service runs completely independently. Tests, activations, and failover events do not interfere with your regular operations.
Are there other use cases apart from failover scenarios?
Yes. You can also use the service to assign company email addresses to employees – without giving them access to your critical internal infrastructure.
