How is the Retarus Secure Email Gateway implemented?
The Secure Email Gateway is implemented by simply changing the MX record – without needing to adapt your existing infrastructure. This is highly beneficial in uniform, hybrid or distributed IT environments. For pure Microsoft 365 environments, an API-based deployment model is also available.
Can I integrate my existing SIEM tools or other security components?
Yes. A wide variety of event types are transmitted to common SIEM systems by way of standardized interfaces. Beyond this, our experts have extensive project experience in seamlessly integrating other third-party security components our customers may be using, for instance encryption solutions or sandboxing technologies.
How do you ensure post-delivery protection?
Our Patient Zero Detection®, patented throughout Europe, identifies potentially dangerous emails even after they have been delivered and enables both warning messages and an automated clawback. In addition, our Time-of-Click Protection analyzes all links in real-time using URL rewriting.
How can my users interact with the email security service?
We provide a user-friendly online quarantine portal with daily email digests in 11 languages. Users have the option of viewing and releasing quarantined emails as well as managing their personal block and allow lists. This reduces the volume of helpdesk tickets and improves user awareness substantially.
