Our Enterprise Fax Portal now boasts a handy new function – a Cover Page Library, in which fax cover pages can be stored in word format.
These cover pages can contain graphic elements (e.g., your company logo) as well as text, which can either be static or dynamic (sender and recipient details, transmission information such as total number of pages, etc.).
Multiple cover pages can be deposited in the library per instance of the Enterprise Fax Portal. When sending a fax, users can then select the cover page they would like to use.
The cover pages stored in the library can also be assigned to various faxboxes. What’s more, a specific cover page can be set as the standard for either all fax boxes or only selected ones.
Admins and users benefit in equal measure. The Cover Page Library serves as a single source of truth, ensuring that cover pages are uniform and up to date. Users profit from more convenience and ease of use, and each user is no longer separately responsible for maintaining the cover pages. In this way, the library saves valuable time and effort.
