Messaging for HR departments: Complex scenario, simple solution

With Retarus Transactional Email, you send emails directly from your HR or HCM applications via the Retarus Enterprise Cloud – without needing to burden your own email infrastructure. Also, when communicating with employees about salary matters, a conscious decision is often made to rather use their private email addresses. Consequently, it is all the more important to employ professional reputation management to ensure that time-critical job offers or contract amendments actually reach the candidate’s inbox – and don’t get caught up in the spam filter. Freemail providers, in particular, have tightened their rules in this regard over the past few months. Retarus Transactional Email ensures that responses are placed exactly as intended – safely in the applicants’ inboxes.

Company domain reputation: To appear professional and respectable, companies would like to communicate with the outside world via their own domains and not that of their HR/HCM SaaS-provider. When connected to the Retarus platform, emails are always shown as having been sent from the company’s own domain. Common standards like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are supported and ensure the necessary authentication at the recipient’s end.

Scaling your campaigns: HR/HCM applications are often not designed to cope with campaigns targeting larger groups of recipients – especially when documents are attached. Transactional Email achieves up to 10 million emails per hour, even at peak times, contractually assured through SLAs.
