By appointing Florian Frick, Retarus has bolstered its top management with an experienced expert in international commercial law, and IT and telecommunications law. The new General Counsel will advise Retarus’ senior management on all strategic issues regarding international law and regulatory provisions, as well as compliance requirements. He will primarily support the global expansion strategy of Retarus from a legal standpoint. Furthermore, he will continue to advance Retarus’ association involvement, with the aim of addressing the current needs of customers. Prior to joining Retarus, Florian Frick was Head of Legal Technology & Corporate Services at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH.
