Our Enterprise Fax Portal has been enhanced with an important new function – a Document Library, in which frequently used contents can be deposited in PDF format.
When sending faxes from the Enterprise Fax Portal, users then have the opportunity to attach one or more documents without needing to upload them manually from their hard drives. This approach is especially suitable for static documents or contents which are often shared, such as terms & conditions, data privacy policies, requests for information, etc.
This provides clear advantages for companies and users. Admins can utilize the document library to ensure that users always access the same, current version of a document (single source of truth). At the same time, users profit from more convenience and ease of use, and each user is no longer separately responsible for maintaining the documents. In this way, the library saves valuable time and effort.
