Launching the Enterprise Fax Portal
Early in 2025, we introduced our Enterprise Fax Portal: an intuitive web interface designed to streamline how healthcare teams send, receive and manage faxes. Built on the concept of faxboxes, it allows for collaboration using shared folder structures, numbers, and in- and outboxes.
With features like multi-factor authentication, activity logs, sorting and forwarding mechanisms and S3 integration, the Enterprise Fax Portal enhances security and workflow efficiency. The sleek interface makes sharing and processing documents easy and intuitive, requiring minimal user training.
The Enterprise Fax Portal is a continuously evolving product; Since its launch earlier this year, it has already been extended with various new features that further help healthcare organizations ensure compliant and collaborative document workflows. Upcoming additions to the Enterprise Fax Portal include a cover page library, support for email notifications and more.
Strengthening trust with HITRUST certification
A major milestone in 2025 was achieving the HITRUST e1 Certification for our U.S.-based Cloud Fax APIs and Gateways. This certification further confirms that our products meet foundational cybersecurity and compliance requirements essential for operating in healthcare and other highly regulated sectors.
The HITRUST certification offers providers and insurers a proven way to evaluate software solutions. As one framework covering over 40 regulatory standards, it helps cut through the complexity of overlapping security practices and confirms that software providers uphold rigorous security standards. Furthermore, HITRUST-certified organizations have been shown to report significantly fewer security incidents.
Seamless integrations into healthcare applications
Alongside security and compliance, being able to seamlessly integrate different solutions with each other plays a key role in modern healthcare operations. That’s why we continue to expand our integration capabilities, making it simple for organizations to embed our products into EHR systems and other applications.
From native connectors to open standards, we give customers all the tools to integrate cloud messaging solutions into on-premises, hybrid or cloud applications. IT teams keep full control over service configuration, reporting and monitoring using our web UI or dedicated APIs. Recent additions to our integration portfolio include an updated library of integration guides, such as for integration into Hyland OnBase.
