New myEAS release: Streamlined AntiSpam administration and optimized dashboard

Organizations taking email security seriously will appreciate just how valuable time is. The easier it is for your administrators to handle everyday requests, the lower your costs will be. With this in mind, our developers have addressed a number of issues in our myEAS portal. The latest release now makes it quicker and easier to manage anti-spam lists. This can now be achieved directly in myEAS, without having to navigate back to the older EAS interface.

AntiSpam: Company-wide management of allow and block lists

Companies now have the option of managing their allow and block lists directly from a central hub in myEAS. Administrators and authorized employees can view and filter existing entries, in addition to adding or deleting single or multiple entries all at once. The entry display layout can also be customized to your needs with minimal effort. Find out more about this in the online documentation available in the Retarus Doc Center.

The required rights are automatically activated for administrators, but need to be activated explicitly for user accounts belonging to other employees. In this way, we ensure that only authorized users are able to make changes. Maximum transparency and granular rights management remain important guiding principles when it comes to our myEAS portal.

Improved notification and dashboard transparency

In addition to this enhanced list management, users also stand to benefit from improved system notifications. Notifications about new transactional email accounts or password resets are now automatically sent to the logged-in user’s email address. The dashboards in the myEAS portal have also been optimized. A lack of privileges is clearly indicated, for example, when access to Email Security, Transactional Email, or Fax Dashboards is not possible. In addition to the dashboards displayed in the admin portal, we continue to provide extensive details in the form of observability metrics, to facilitate integration of this data into all standard monitoring systems established within our customers‘ organizations.
