Retarus has reached an important milestone in the development of the myEAS admin portal. The in-house design system “Gladus” has been successfully rolled out for layout and navigation. Built for responsiveness, ease of rollout, and customizability, the new design system will help user experience and make further improvements even easier.
The most important changes:
- New title bar and global navigation for faster access to features and fewer inconsistencies
- Cross-device optimized navigation for improved display on desktop computers and responsive display on mobile devices
- A more consistent user experience (UX) for easy switching between myEAS and the classic EAS, along with seamless integration for continuity
The new, unified design system is another important step in the ongoing development of the Retarus customer experience. As the platform is expanded and refined, administrators and users will enjoy a more consistent, intuitive, and future-proof experience across all web applications.
Thanks to Gladus and its accompanying UI component library, developed in collaboration with using Storybook, we can now customize the portal’s appearance much more quickly. This allows us to respond more swiftly to corporate branding decisions and ensure a consistent visual identity across all customer and user touchpoints.
