This new setup allows companies to carry out the transmission of transactional emails from their business applications not only from the existing data center in Secaucus, NJ (US1), but also using our additional US facility in Ashburn, VA (US2).
With this active/active cluster, services are provided from the two data centers simultaneously. As a result, Retarus’ customers stand to profit from a range of benefits including:
- Automatic fail safety thanks to two independent data centers
- Optimized performance through distributing transmission volumes across multiple data centers
- Lower risk of being placed on an ISP block list to improve your email deliverability rate
- Only one SPF entry and a single connection for using both data centers, providing more flexibility
