Actfax users can now send faxes with Retarus

Thanks to a new technology partnership, users of Actfax Communication’s fax software, which enjoys widespread use in the healthcare sector, can now use Retarus’ Communications Platform for sending messages.

Actfax utilizes a client-server architecture and, in addition to Windows, also supports a range of other operating systems, such as Unix, GNU/Linux as well as mainframe environments. The service can easily be integrated into customer-specific applications. Now, Actfax customers are able to select Retarus as their cloud or web fax provider. The option has been integrated into the service from version 7.65 and does not require any additional technical adaptation. And the fax status reports are conveniently fed directly back into the Actfax reporting system.

The Retarus Cloud Fax Services are then available to use directly in Actfax, offering users benefits such as NeverBusy technology, intelligent routing through Active Carrier Management and flexible scalability – all 100% GDPR-compliant and operated from Retarus’ own data centers.
