Organizations providing company vehicles to their employees have a legal obligation to check drivers’ licenses and provide training to drivers at regular intervals. Managing this by manually organizing appointments and setting reminders is extremely time-consuming. So LapID has automated these processes for their customers – over 250,000 drivers are now conducting their driver’s license checks independently from their own locations by way of an app, or at inspection centers across Germany using an RFID seal. The appointments for each new customer are arranged in compliance with the highest levels of data privacy, using Retarus Transactional Email. Without exception, all data is processed in Retarus’ own local data centers.
